My buddy
Ellis and I were playing today and I was learning how to share. It was when I was playing with my friend Henry back in October that he was giving me hugs and I wasn't a big fan. Now, I'm doing exactly what Henry did with me to Ellis in the picture here. My mom thinks I'm picking up new habits from my peers.
Today, I went to my girl friend Lyla's house- that is my friend that's a girl. My friends Ray and Ellis were also there and we all had lots of time to play. In the first pictures my friend Ray gave us all Christmas presents. They were stuffed animals that his mom, Whitney, made for us. They had really great ears that went straight into my mouth.
My Second Tooth
On Monday night/early Tuesday morning I got my second tooth. It broke the gum at about 2 AM- and then I finally went to sleep after being exhausted and fussy for 4 straight hours. My parents think this tooth may have hurt me more than my last tooth. One thing it did do was throw off my sleeping schedule. I'm slowly getting back to my 8:00-8:30 bedtime now, but this last week I went to sleep at 12:00 and at 10:15.

I like to
Some of the things I like to do:
1. SCREAM- At the top of my lungs of course, usually when I see mom or dad or when I get really really excited.
2. Sit up on my own, for long periods of time.
3. I can rotate on my chest now
4. Scoot on my butt- to reach my toys.
5. Eat and eat and eat. I've tried peas, carrots, sweet potatos, corn, oatmeal, rice cereal and a tiny bit of yogurt.
6. Shove everything in my mouth.
7. Change the TV channel or turning up the volume really, really loud.
8. Get lots of attention whenever I go out, even call my dad Sir when I'm around and my parents folks.
9. Grabbing Paris, he's pretty tolerant of this.
10. Reaching for my parents, occassionaly pinching them when I get too excited.
The things I do
You have to see me avidly spinning this toy. Next to eating paper, this is my favorite thing to do. At times it will even calm me down when I'm a little upset.
Sooooo excited to eat real food
I had my first big-boy poop the other day. My dad was getting really worried and wanted to take me to the doctor after it had been 3 days since I pooped. Finally, it all came out- big boy poop. I would show you a picture, but it's a little inappropriate. My mom wasn't happy about it, she said something about me getting so big and blah, blah, blah.
Then she said that I should just have milk from now on, after reading a little bit into it she changed her mind. Apparently, they say that this is the best time to introduce food to me. Now that I'm curious and grabbing at my parents plates. If she doesn't give me food now, they say, I might turn into a picky eater. Plus, look at my face in these pictures. How could you say no to me?
Getting so big
I've been getting into a lot of things lately. The other day I was wathching my mom wrap gifts, she went to the other room to grab tape and I rolled over into the wrapping paper and tore it all up and was stuffing it into my mouth when she came back. I would say that paper is my favorite, any kind of paper.
I eat magazines, mail, books, brochures, restaurant menus. Just about any paper I can get my hands on. I can't quite explain my obsession, but I know my parents wish it would end quickly and I'll start liking my toys a little more- things that I have permission to chew on.

Taos, NM
This is my family in Taos, NM. We all had dinner at my Great Aunt Anita's house. I took my very first shower at her house. She had a walk in shower that had water coming from different directions at just the right pressure. It was great!
Priscilla and Glenda
These are my Grandma Martha's sisters Glenda and Priscilla. I only saw them for a little while when we were in New Mexico.
